NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR REVALUATION SERVICES
TOWNSHIP OF EAST HANOVER REVALUATION OF ALL REAL PROPERTY

The Township of East Hanover is soliciting proposals from qualified interested individuals and/or firms capable of providing professional revaluation services.  The person(s) and/or firm(s) primary goal will be to prepare and execute a complete program for the revaluation of all properties within the municipal boundaries of the Township of East Hanover.  Through a Request for Proposal process, persons and/or firms interested in performing and assisting the Tax Assessor with the provision of such services must prepare and timely submit a sealed Proposal in accordance with the procedures and schedule set forth in the RFP.

The Township is soliciting proposals through the “Fair and Open Process” and in accordance with the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-To-Play Law, N.J.S.A. 19:44a-20.5, et seq.

All written proposals must be received by the Township of East Hanover, Office of the Business Administrator, 2nd Floor by 10:00 a.m. on December 28, 2023.  Any written proposals received after the above specified date and time will not be accepted or considered and shall be returned to the company unopened. Proposals cannot be delivered via facsimile or email. All written proposals shall be addressed and/or submitted to the following:

Proposal documents are available at the Township Clerk’s Office, 411 Ridgedale Avenue, East Hanover, NJ from 9:00AM – 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, as well as on the Township’s official website – www.easthanovertownship.com.

The company shall submit one (1) original and six (6) copies of its written proposal in a sealed package, addressed as shown above, bearing the company’s full corporate name and address and said package must be clearly marked as follows: “Revaluation Proposal – Township of East Hanover”.
