Voice Opposition to NJ Assembly Bill No. 4 / Senate Bill No. 50
Posted February 06, 2024Please be advised that this Thursday, February 8, 2024 the NJ Assembly Appropriations Committee will meet in regards to NJ Assembly Bill No. 4 / Senate Bill No. 50, which is a resolution opposing a bill for COAH. This bill proposes to overhaul the Fair Housing Act in a way that proposes unrealistic obligations with unrealistic deadlines based upon onerous standards.bWe want our residents to voice their opinions.
