NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT TO PURCHASE AN OIL JACKETED HEATED DUMPING HOT BOX UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT (NCPA, CONTRACT #05-26) 

The Township of East Hanover intends to participate in the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance contract to purchase a Hot Box from Timmerman Equipment Company (Stepp Manufacturing Dealer), Contract #05-26.

Manufacturer: Stepp Manufacturing 

Equipment: Oil Jacketed Heated Dumping Hot Box, Item # SPHD, 3 Cubic Yards, 4 Ton Capacity 

Contract Period Expiration: 12/31/2021 

It is the intent of the Township of East Hanover to make a contract award to Timmerman Equipment Company pursuant to the proposal submitted to the Superintendent of Public Works, Marc Macaluso.  Comments should be sent to Kenneth Huelbig, Chief Finance Officer, Township of East Hanover, 411 Ridgedale Avenue, East Hanover, NJ 07936 or kennyh@easthanovertownship.com. 

The Township of East Hanover is permitted to join National Cooperative Purchasing Agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
