NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT TO PURCHASE A PUMPER FIRE
TRUCK UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT (SOURCEWELL, CONTRACT #022818-PMI)
The Township of East Hanover intends to participate in the Sourcewell National Cooperative Purchasing contract to purchase a Pumper Fire Truck from Fire & Safety Services, Ltd. (Pierce Fire Truck Dealer), Contract #022818-PMI.
Information regarding the contract may be found on the Sourcewell National Cooperative website at https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/cooperative-purchasing/022818-pmi and the East Hanover Township municipal website www.easthanovertownship.com.
Contract Period Expiration: 04/16/2022
It is the intent of the Township of East Hanover to make a contract award to Pierce Manufacturing, Inc. pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Fire Chief of the East Hanover Volunteer Fire Department. The Township of East Hanover is permitted to join National Cooperative Purchasing Agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
