NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT TO PURCHASE SPORTS FIELD
LIGHTING UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
(KPN, CONTRACT #201901-01)
The Township of East Hanover intends to participate in the KPN Cooperative Purchasing contract to purchase sports field lighting (Lurker Park Field 3 &4 Improvements) from Musco Sports Lighting, Contract #201901-01.
Information regarding the contract may be found on the Keystone Purchasing Network website at www.thekpn.org and the East Hanover Township website www.easthanovertownship.com.
Contract Period Expiration: 02/28/2024
It is the intent of the Township of East Hanover to make a contract award to Musco Field Lighting, LLC pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Township of East Hanover Municipal Engineer comparison of Competitor Contractor pricing and KPN pricing. The Township of East Hanover is permitted to join National Cooperative Purchasing Agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
