Mayor's Message on Covid Update & Aftermath of Storm: Tuesday, August 11, 2020
Posted August 11, 2020Hello:
This is East Hanover Mayor Joe Pannullo with a special public service announcement for both our Covid update and the aftermath of the storm.
Please be advised the East Hanover Health Department has informed us there has been only one new Covid-19 case over the last 2 weeks. That case is hospitalized.
We ask that you pray for those who have the virus and to pray for those families that have lost their loved ones.
Please continue to practice safe social distancing, and we strongly suggest the wearing of a mask.
Regarding the past storm, East Hanover has worked very hard with JCP&L in trying to get every home re-energized with power and every street now has their power turned on. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the storm event.
Regarding debris pick up for the next few weeks, you may leave storm related debris at the curb and the Department of Public Works will pick it up. Please be patient and again only storm related debris should be left at the curb.
If you have any questions, please call me on my cell at 973-418-5859.
Thank you,
Mayor Joseph Pannullo
