Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program
The East Hanover Health Department along with the Arthritis Foundation is offering a Tai Chi Program at the Fire Department beginning July 10, 2013, and continuing for 8 weeks. The program is free on Wednesdays at 9am. Full flyer.

Recreation Department Summer Programs
Summer Playground - At Lurker Park starting July 1, and ending August 9, from 9am to 2pm weekdays. Fee $190 per child/$185 each additional child in family. For children in 1st grade to 8th grade. Registration Form.
Hanover Park Baseball Camp - At Hanover Park High School starting July 8, and ending July 12, from 9am to 2:30pm. Fee $275. For children entering 2nd grade to 9th grade. Registration Form.
Black & Gold Hanover Park Football Camp - At Hanover Park High School starting June 10, ending June 12, from 6pm to 8pm. Fee $75.00. For children in 1st grade to 8th grade as of June 2013. Registration Form.
Hanover Park Basketball Camp - At Hanover Park High School starting July 22, and ending July 26, from 9am to 2:30pm. Fee $255. For Children ages 7 to 14. Registration Form.
Weight Training/Conditioning & Skills Program - At Hanover Park High School gym starting June 24, and ending August 1, from 9am to 12:30pm. Fee $70. For children entering 9th grade in September to 12th grade. Registration Form.

Memorial Day Parade
The East Hanover Memorial Day Parade will be held Monday, May 27, 2013. The Parade will begin at Town Hall and follow Ridgedale Avenue to Lurker Park. This event will start at 10:00am, with a ceremony following at the Park.

With the change of seasons to Fall and Winter the potential for severe weather events increases. EHOEM wants to remind all residents to inventory and maintain their emergency supplies so they can sustain themselves and their family at home for up to 72 hours in the event of an emergency. Basic Things to have in your Kit: Flashlight, Batteries, Battery Operated Radio, Water, and Food. Keep your prescriptions for important medications filled and do not wait till you run out before re-filling them. Contact the OEM office for a more complete list or attend one of our “Are You Ready Classes”. Also remember to register your phones and cell phones with the East Hanover Public Notification System. CPR and AED Course
The American Red Cross in partnership with OEM will be holding an Adult CPR/AED class at the Recreation Center one Friday per month for a fee of $70 per person, more.....
